QIANLI MACARON MAX SPOT WELDING MACHINE (3ND GENERATION)

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES:

* Latest version of the Macaron Max spot welding machine - new
approach to welding, minimalist design, more stable operation
* The machine has been equipped with a special welding base clamp,
no separate external handle (welding bases) required
* Completely new integrated design with colour screen with setting
of all parameters
* Integrated spot welding / Double-pulse spot welding (Multi-pulse
provides powerful spot welding)
* Improved sealing clamps: Even better conduction thanks to red
copper tip and protected with heat protection
* Base with one side covered in red copper, avoids burning the BMS
board components
* Exposed one side facilitates side welding
* Heat-resistant silicone for improved stability
* Automatic burnout: This function is a newly added feature that
can be used by service technicians with in-depth knowledge of the
'burnout' principle. Standard output MAX: 3V 3A. It should be used
with care and any consequences arising from improper use must be borne
by the user himself

Double-pulse spot welding First outputs a preheating pulse and then
after some time outputs the main spot welding pulse, which is stable
and reliable

1st preheating pulse: Clears the oxide layer from the surface to
reduce spark splatter.

2. main pulse: Effectively improves welding reliability and ensures
strong and stable welds

Colour screen with all parameter settings The colour screen allows
real-time visualisation of spot welding parameters: preheat, pulse,
HtGap and times (continuous spot welding). Buttons allow the spot
welding parameters to be adjusted as required.

Introduction to the function panel: spot welder power, real-time
voltage, temperature, dual pulse wave simulation display, welding
current display, spot welder information: preheat, pulse, HtGap and
times (continuous spot welding).

 

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER:

1. place the cell on the silicon area of the spot welder, adjust the
clamp of the welding base to clamp the welded part of the cell.

2) Adjust spot welding parameters By selecting with the "up" and
"down" buttons and confirming with the "OK" button, the parameters
preheat, pulse, HtGap and times (continuous spot welding) can be
adjusted to the corresponding spot welding power.

Start spot welding: Press the tip of the welding fixture appropriately
to the point to be welded, make sure the tip of the fixture is in good
contact with the nickel plate, with no slack or poor contact. Finish
welding after current output.
